Shipping Guarantee If your order does not arrive within (14) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Please Note: If your delivery does arrive after the expected delivery date, and you decide to keep your order, no credits or discounts of any kind will be offered. If you provide us with an incomplete address, or an address that is undeliverable, shipping charges will be charged again for re-shipment of order.

Lost Delivery If your order is considered "lost", your credit card will be credited the full order amount, including all shipping charges.

Delivery Refusal If you refuse delivery of an order your account will be credited once the packages are returned to our warehouse less applicable delivery charges, both to and from your destination.
